Here are a few of real-world examples of review summary items:

 

  • Future-Dated Invoices (High Risk): All 10 invoices carry an invoice date of 12/08/2025. This date is significantly later than the service dates listed on the line items (which occurred in October and November 2025).

  • Missing Data Point: Invoice #22038 is missing a "Tracking no." This is inconsistent with the majority of the other submitted invoices.

  • Missing Signatures on Work Orders: Both invoices lack the required signed work orders for completion. The debtor's terms explicitly state, "A signed work order is required for payment of all invoices." The provided Sign Off Sheets are blank.
